Yes, yes. "Greatestest Hits" and whatnot. I thought that Nintendo games have had a tendency to remain at a higher price that those of their competitors in recent years. Incorrect? Asking for realz. Was being an ass last night. :)

List includes DK: Tropical Freeze, Lego City Undercover, Pikmin 3, Super Mario 3D World, etc...

Games like Smash and Kart never make the Selects or Greatest Hits because they know they can keep those 2 games at full price no matter what and still sell them.

Yeah, ok. Shows what I know. It was around 3am when I got home, full of fun. Have mercy on me. Made a couple of dick comments.

All good I turn into a dick online sometimes after a few beers.  I know how it goes.

50 - 90% off all Wii U games on the Eshop.

I'm expecting they're going to have some Eshop sales, but only that. I don't expect console sales or physical game copy sales to happen.

There is a thing called Nintendo Selects.  I'm not sure if you ever heard of it.  It doesn't include all games but a decent amount of Nintendo published games.

Of course, because Nintendo exclusives are timeless quality classics. Just like Activison they are very careful with price protection.

It's a good strategy. To many consumers a high stable price gives the perception of good timeless quality.

Ha ha. I feel like I'm being baited. The same could be said of all current platforms imo. Nintendo does not hold dominion over what constitutes a "timeless classic". Not due their output, which is def HQ, nor any perception that may or may not be garnered due to their pricing. There are so many directions to take this idea.....Sorry, I have to be boring and lazy and do the laundry. Could we talk about that for a bit? I'm totally off bleach. For years, I used to add a little bit to my hot load (ha!), but now I don't use it at all anymore.

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

Wii U is done.

All will be about 3DS and NES mini.

I don't see NES Mini have deals though, cause i mean, is already $60... they are gonna do something with 3DS / 2DS and Pokémon for sure, maybe Mario Maker too.

Wii U + 2 games for 299,99$ to get rid of the Wii Us they have left in stock

Should just drop the price down to 199 and ensure all stock is cleared.

I agree.  Sell the WiiU for $199 to move out remaining stock.  That will in turn drive game sales a little bit.  Maybe work with retailers to run some buy 2, get 1 deals on games.  Or, like they did with Kart at release, they could do a buy 1 current game, get an older digital download for free.
