Still, it's worth noting. I don't think there would be much time for French people to play during the week anyway... I went to school there for 3 months and I was crushed having to get used to school from 8am to 6pm when here in Ontario it's from 8:15 am to 2:45 pm.

If that's true it at least means Zelda will release on that date.

EDIT 2: Yeah. Refreshing the page and every time one of the BotW-amiibos show up at the bottom it says 4 March. This is the Nintendo Europe website, so it can't be anything other than legit unless they made the same typo several times. Breath of the Wild will release March 4, if they won't delay it further. What we don't know is obviously if that would be the release of the WiiU or the NX version or both. If both versions launch the same day, then obviously so will the system.

Actually it would make sense to release earlier on the month, so that 2 or 3 weeks worth of sales be part of the fiscal year and make it look good.

That could very well be a slip! Just saw the Poochy amiibo is set for release the same day as Poochy and Yoshi's Wolly World. So the Zelda amiibos will probably be released simultaneously with the Zelda game as well. Could be the Wii U version of course, but wouldn't make sense to release that before NX version.

They already said that the Wii U and NX versions would be released simultaneously, so unless they changed their mind the Wii U version cannot come before the NX version.
