What would happen if someonetried to remake the CD-i Nintendo games?

Nintendo would ignore it,... 2 13.33%
 
They would DMCA it to avo... 5 33.33%
 
They would make lotsa spaghetti! 8 53.33%

Definitely DMCA, just because Nintendo characters are used in these games

Well Mario would be the trademark.  That they will have to defend. (Like the way he is and looks.)

Maybe Phillips will issue the DMCA. Shouldnt mess with their classics!

But the character Mario himself would not be at risk. They could let 20 games have him in it and then take down a 21st one without losing the rights to the character.
