It was totally expected since the first little video of the game, i didn't fell it right.

And my feeling is mostly on the mark.

It's the end of the line for Keiji Inafune ...

Capcom was right for removing trash such as him!

He drove his good name down to the ground with the two of the biggest disasters which is sad just as much as it is pathetic ... (Red Ash will be lame. Believe it!)

Seems pretty harsh. Why is he trash?

Keiji inafune has been a total disappointment ever since he left Capcom. He only knows how to get people's hopes up only to have them crashing down ...

A game developer is as only as good as their last game and this guy is a total wreck ...

It's bad enough that he hyped up ReCore to the high heavens but it's even worse that his fans who crowdfunded Mighty No. 9 got an extremely short end of the stick ...

That guy should just quit if he's not going to make good games ...

Which brings me back to you and I's original discussion. In regards to exclusive new IPs, I agree. It's been one of the weaker generations. Then again, it's been a weak generation for a number of reasons, but that requires a different thread.

And it is somehow ubisoft investing in all original IPs, even though they may be derivative

Probably only because they killed unintentionally their Ass Creed cash cow.

But it is so wrong to say only Ubi is investing in new IP. There's been plenty of new IP coming from most studios. If you do a countback Ubi might be at the head of the pack, but it's more or less a first among equals situation.

Ok. I still feel it's a bit harsh, but fair enough.

Does this mean you aren't expecting much from HZD?

Silly goose

No! I expect it to fare well!

I wasn't able to tell from your comment. Had to check. I'm thinking the same. :)

Except they didn't. Theyve got an AC movie coming out that looks pretty good and in 2017 they will debut AC Empire. Theyre just taking a break for now.

Just played Recore and I must say, apart from some game breaking bugs which caused me to restart my Laptop, the game is actually pretty fun. The story and art style is something I'm enjoying so far. I don't think its a 63. It just needs a patch to polish up the game and fix some glitches. Apart from that, its everything I expected which isn't much from a new IP and for the cheaper price point, I don't think its a bad game. For those looking forward to playing it. Just ignore the reviews. (Note: I haven't finished the game yet)

Wouldn't the fact there there are game breaking bugs that make you have restart your "supposed" laptop - be even MORE of a reason to pay attention to the reviews?

That is saying something bad happened, but ignore anyone that says something bad may happen.

Its all about how much the reviewers like the games. Fallout 3 was a mess, but it still got good reviews.

Fallout 3 is my most overated game of all time. That game was trash. It was repetitive, bland combat and full of bugs and glitches. Still got a lot of 10/10.
