7.8 Too much lens flare..
No seriously.. what's up with that? Seems like someone wants to challenge the first Star Trek Movie.

I'm not a fan of Japanese games but that Inafune definitely has talent in his illustrations. The character looks and sounds good too.
Mt biggest concern is the gameplay. It looks rubbish. May buy it when it hits the bargain bin but pick up the stand alone collectors set. It looks pretty neat.

Im looking forward to the review, I want to play this on PC, I will see what the good and bad things are and device, it looks decent, not amazing tough.

Pretty laughable that people are finding faults only because it's an Xbox game. Unmature kids who feel a need to show superiority through the video gaming console they own.
Sometimes this place is so depressing.
Get outside and meet some people for heaven's sake.

And where do you see this? |
In this thread at a few places and in the Youtube comments.
To have such nice character design and so bad everything else is a bit of a crime. I'm surprised there isn't a deep growling voice yelling Critical hit and Overkill every 3 seconds
It looks like it has the potential to be great, graphics are nice and hopefully the gameplay mechanics are too, though the movement looks a little dodgy and the weapons a bit boring but it's really nice to see Microsoft branching out a bit, and it could be a fantastic game.
They just need to take some Weapon Design classes from the guys at Insomniac.
One thing i love about this game is its Metroid Prime influence. Looking forward to playing this gem.

I agree that it's nice to see them branching out. This, Scalebound, and Sea of Thieves all seem to be pretty far out of their usual wheelhouse which I think is only a good thing.
I think the gameplay loop here looks pretty monotonous, but at least they're taking the chance.
Also, how many developers wouldn't benefit from learning weapon design from Insomniac? Haha
Bet with Adamblaziken:
I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.
