It's really weird, they kept showing these random Reggie cutscenes that seemed to be really building up to something, and Reggie trying to find his 3ds. I was expecting at the end for him to find it and start playing some new game they'd announce. But it just ended... really odd.

Is that Pikmin 4........?God I hope not.Dont get me wrong, it might still be a good game, but I really dont think Pikmin works well as a 2D game, or can be as good as pikmin 3

Mario sports, pikmin, ever oasis looked nice. It was a solid direct.

Yeah, it's like the build-up to the Galaxy 3DS was for nothing.

Also, guess it's true, Nintendo isn't going to completely stop supporting 3DS post NX, albeit with mostly half-assed games, but still support is support. This is quite concerning for NX's software outlook though.

Well, that was a very so-so direct. Wasn't impressed by it.

I'd give this direct 7/10, but then again it crapped all over WiiU owners so 6/10...

Oh but it also features the 4th horrific Mario Party game in a row, Nintendo don't know how to listen to fans of that series... so that's automatically 4/10.

But the Mario Sports game on 3ds was the highlight for me, I'm hoping it's really good. I would have preferred a Super Mario Strikers 3ds, my worry when they try to cover multiple sports with one game is that they're going to all be mediocre, rather than focus on one and make it fantastic.
