Diaz didn't chase him though, they were both gased.

In the first fight when conor got tired and walking away Diaz chased him down and pounded him, hr couldn't do that cause he was breathing heavy this fight.

They both have their all

He shouldn't have to chase him. I don't how you win a fight when you spend 3 rounds running away from your oppenent.

McGregor vs Mayweather wouldn't be a fight it'd be a track meet.

Well McGregor won rounds 1,2 and 4. Diaz won 2 of the 'running' rounds. So the judges were fair. Diaz got lit up in the 4th round, you're acting like running gives you points?

But again Diaz didn't bother chasing cause he was tired too.

Conor ran like a b**** for the last 3 rounds, yet some how got the decision? Judges are a f****** joke.

I gave Conor rounds 1, 2, and 4. I assume the judges did as well.

Diaz was pushing forward but he took a beating in the 4th. That cost him the match. Diaz actually landed more strikes in round 2, but he got dropped twice.

Perhaps a draw is debateable for Diaz pushing the action, but looking at the numbers Diaz lost.

We basically have the same feelings.

Generally the judges do favor the guy pushing forward, but strikes landed is still more important. So yeah, Conor had the 4th round.

Not to pile on, but most media outlets are giving it to Conor. At the very least it was a close fight. Nothing to get too worked up over. No robbery.

Fantastic fight and glad to see it lasted the full rounds too. Conor destroyed him 1,2 and 4 and both were very tired by 5.

Thats bullsh*t btw.

Differnt body builds, and training allow for specialised fighting styles.

A outfigher, who stays at range, moves you around and constantly pokes from out of range, is a valid way of fighting.

So is a counterstriker, someone who wants to annouy you, looking for a opening when you step forwards, so he can land that 1 big knockout punch.

Standing toe to toe, with a in-fighter known for good stemina and a disreguard for how much damage he takes as long as he gets to punch you, and typically wins doing so, is not a smart move unless you believe yourself to be a better in-fighter.

Good fight, pretty easy to see that Conor won rounds 1,2,4.

And after the fight, Diaz with the classic, 'I'm not making any excuses', while then going on to make excuses.

Sounds like both fighters want to make it a trilogy, Conor wants it at 155lbs.

I think conor did enough in the first 3 and a half minutes of round 2 to win it compared to Diaz taking over at the end.

Such a good fight!

Yeah, it was a really good fight

He was literally turning his back and running from him, not fighting from the outside. He was getting booed from the crowd every time he did it. Other than that it was a good fight.
