I looked it up, and that's misleading.  Meteos was a DS game, then ported to XBLA.  Not only that, but it's not even really Sakurai's game (at least, not alone).  It was a collab game with a different studio (Q Entertainment) that definitely develops for other systems.  

I never said it was his game alone. He was the designer of the game, and it's a collaboration. They can't port it without the permission of the devs.

The thing is, what you said made it seem like he worked on making a game for the XBox, rather than he helped with a game that was later ported to another system.   Think about my initial statement and your response to it, and you'll see how I thought the way I did about what you said.

Of course, once they fully unveil the NX, they'll probably ask Sakurai about Smash 5.

I feel like there are enough smash games. They should make a Smash 4.5 (more characters) + a Melee HD for the NX, if Nintendo wants smash to be competitive they can't just keep on making new games.

 

I also want a 3D Kirby

Melee HD seems extremely pointless, especially as the glitches will almost certainly be fixed, and characters will be buffed/nerfed. Also, the roster would suck. As if it doesn't already suck with a lack of a redheaded tomboy princess.
