I never said it was his game alone. He was the designer of the game, and it's a collaboration. They can't port it without the permission of the devs.

The thing is, what you said made it seem like he worked on making a game for the XBox, rather than he helped with a game that was later ported to another system.   Think about my initial statement and your response to it, and you'll see how I thought the way I did about what you said.
