I play warhawk while blasting my stereo so I have no clue if it was working or not.

I know what you mean kas, I always run into dogs as we both like tanks. He just never misses with it. I just keep grabbing another tank and head of looking for him to try and get in the first shot. If I manage that I have a chance.
Hey good game everyone, especially enjoyed the deathmatches and ctf games. I remember i got a few while sniping, and badger kept taking me out one game lol. It was fun. hopefully i'll be able to get broken mirror before next game. Hey you guys are pretty good lol.
I just ordered this game today. It should arrive within a week or so.
What should I do to learn the ropes once I get it?
@epsilon
Stick to the rookie servers at first. Don't take dying a lot at the start seriously and have fun. Warhawk is the only game I dont mind dying at too much.
Join the league it is a good place to learn, we have some wicked battles. There is also a few ultra amazing players who you can learn from.

create your own match against nobody. use it to familiarize yourself with the controls, use of diff weapons, and the different selectable warhawk control schemes.
Then join a blue rookie labeled server and play a few matches.
Then on saturday at 4pm eastern come join the fun in the league.

Learn to be one with the grenades, do that and you can be a good player
Thanks dawve24, skip, and alucardremixed; I'll keep all that in mind.
Hehe, I'm used to dying a lot when I start to play games - it was pretty tough to get my groove going for games like Quake Wars.

Id say jump into a full 32player CTF Rookie Server and just stay back and learn the buttons, when someone comes up for the flag, use them as target practice. I say a 32 player server cuz since theres so many people you can just practice by yourself without getting called out as a suck ass player (since theres always MANY suckass players). And yes, when I first got the game at launch I practiced the controls by camping out at my teams flag. :p You can open a private match and shoot at trees if youd like. hope you enjoy the mayhem (tip: stay away from warhawks/nemises they're really hard to fly)

I love flying, so I'll probably be practicing with those on my own quite a bit. I wonder if they're harder to use effectively than Anansi's/Tormenters in Quake Wars? Those things can be fairly tricky.
