Okay, so I mostly ignore the front page but recently I've decided to start actually looking at parts of the website that are not the forums so I'm now wondering...

How do you submit news articles?

Am I looking in the wrong place or is there a button or page that I'm overlooking?

You mean that news articles that only contributors are allowed to post?

You have to be a moderator to submit editorials/articles. El Nino seems to be formatting his posts in such a way (permission from ioi, probably) to appear more like news articles. Not sure when taht happened.
