Forums - Gaming - No Man's Sky Companion App Available Now On Android

No Man's Sky won't be available until next week, but that hasn't stopped the companion app from being uploaded to the Google Play store today for Android users.
So, wondering if it's worth taking up your precious storage space? Here's the unique features that the app allows users to do:

- Share your screenshots and discoveries with the community
- Upload your screenshots directly from your PlayStation
- Generate unique creature and planet names
- Elements journal, remember where you found a specific element and which trader pays how much for it

The companion app takes up 3.3M of space. An iOS version isn't quite ready now, but it's definitely on the way!

Yeah but sometimes when I get it out in public people look at me as if I've just beheaded a chicken.
