To let the Steelers have even more of a chance to win the division the Ravens would totally lose to the winless Browns. But there is no way I am picking the Browns.

I am saying this to make it clear, picks should be made in a positive expression. "I am not picking the Browns" may mean that you are going to pick the Ravens, but it still leaves me asking whether the above post is making a pick or is just a general comment before you make your picks later on. As it is, I can't guarantee that I will accept the above post as a pick for the Ravens, because not picking the Browns can also mean that you aren't going to make a pick at all, hence why I want positive confirmation for what people are going to pick.

TBH I post such nonsense sometimes just to remind myself to make my picks and bump up the thread to the top of Buddy. Of course the blue quote mark has certainly helped remind me as well :).

Noble if you really have so much faith in the Cowboys, then you should start Dez Bryant instead of Julio Jones in fantasy

LOL! I never bench my superstar players unless they're not playing.

Ravens please Rol.

Well Dez Bryant is a  superstar is he not? I seem to recall many arguing he was the best receiver in the league just 2 years ago lol. Certainly Cowboys fans thought so. If you have so much faith in your 'Boys, surely he's worth at least a flex play

The Browns are 8 point dogs in this one. Considering what I know about this situation, I think Cleveland covers the spread, and also has a solid chance of winning. If that was any QB on the Ravens other than Flacco, I might not feel that way.

I should probably consider changing my pick lol.

Ah well. As far as Dez, he's primarily a decoy until the coaching staff and Dak can fully integrate him into that style of ball : death by a thousand 10 to 15 yard plays. The routes Dez runs aren't conducive to putting up numbers in that part of the field, because Witten, Beasley, and the RBs already have that in spades. Crowding Dez into the same space would be counterproductive, because then you have more of the secondary in the region of the LOS.

What they need to do, and I've seen this from a number of analysts : is get Dez involved in more quick-out stuff as part of a script, and some middle crossing routes ~20 yards over the top of Witten, the classic middle rub route that the Patriots are outstanding at.

If Romo was playing this year, Dallas would be somewhere between 8-0 and 6-2, Dez would have at least double the numbers, and a commensurate dropoff in Twill/Brice/Beasley.

Dak has shown to be an incredibly hard worker, so I do believe that the Cleveland game was an indication that he's going to get more in sync with the big WR1. Dez is as talented as anyone, his 2012, 2013, 2014 show that. He's not as fast as some, but he has elite-level hand skills and body control. That around-the-defender catch he made against Philly was insane. A lesser WR and that is an intercepted ball, but Dez reached clean around him and made it look easy.

LMAO Flacco just punted the ball for a touchback with that INT. Totally bizarre.

He's probably a superstar to most Dallas fans but I've always thought he was kind of overrated. He probably is a top 5 reciever BUT that just shows the poor coaching that WR's recieve in the NFL. It feels like Dez can only preform well with Romo throwing the ball as well, idk that's just my opinion.

Also, the only real elite recievers in the NFL imo are Julio, Antonio Brown, and Odell.
