This game should be on the wii u too considering mario and sonic rio olympic game
I'm sure it will find its way to the NX
tbh I'm not very fond of the art style/aesthetic or the way the sprites move...
It just feels like an off beat Genesis game to me, like something made for the game gear... And that's a shame too because I really like the way the original Sonic games looked and felt when playing them.
This actually.... looks good? or am I being too optimistic for a sonic game?

The trailer itself says that the game is a collab between SEGA, Christian Whitehead, Headcannon, and PagodaWest Games. That implies Sega is more involved than just giving permision.

Sega would be dumb to not put this game on the NX. Also, damn does it look good!

This will 100% come out on NX. They're just waiting for the reveal.
Happened dozens of times before with other games and consoles.
This is very good news, love the re-imagined with fully 2D.
I hope Sonic Mania would also come out on NX as launch title.
Looks very nice, but yea the lack of NX seems odd.
