Forums - Gaming - Pokemon Go petition for Windows 10 hit 50,000 supporters

As with many new popular apps though, Windows Phone owners have again been left out in the cold only to watch this fad from a distance. Game developer Niantic chose to only release iOS and Android version of their Pokemon universe based augmented reality game.

Last week, we told you about some Pokemon Go Windows Phone-owning fans decided to start a petition on change.org. The petition creators argued for Pokemon Go to be brought to Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.

Eh, just get an SE or a mid-range nexus. It won't happen.

I should start a petition to stop people from buying Windows phones.

"You should be banned. Youre clearly flaming the president and even his brother who you know nothing about. Dont be such a partisan hack"

Don't see Nintendo/Niantic going for it. 50,000 is a drop in the bucket anyway, they probably have that many new people sign up every hour on iOS/Android.

That's your punishment, WP doesn't get a lot of apps, I don't understand why'd you expect them to support it.

Either buy a cheap phone that can run it or switch sides entirely.

Maybe someone will make 6Go lmao!

Wow, impressive to see all the Windows Phone users unite over this

:P

Windows Phone.... *shudder*

So that's basically every Windows phone owner in the world.

still dont know why people buy a windows phone if they are interested in using apps

Competition is extremely good, people should be happy there are more alternatives then just Android and support it, I will sign the petition. I do have a Windows phone, its nice!

I dont honesty see why not. Win10 devices range more than just phones. Tablet owners aswell could also play this game. The more playing the more money they make. I dont think it will be hard to make it for Win10, or expensive.
