Wow the year went by so fast. He was a great leader.
1 years wow I though it only passed few months.
PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m
Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m
Can't believe it's already been a year. Feels like it was just a couple of months ago. :(
Had to remind me..
:(
Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).
It's odd, I don't really have any attachment to people in the games industry. A lot of people were really hit hard by his death, but personally there's no one in the games industry that's death would really move me. Christina Grimmie's death was sad for me, even though I'd only listened to her songs a few times... It's strange I just don't feel any connection to games developers, or the people behind microsoft/sony/nintendo. Even though video games is the biggest part of my life.
Rest in peace Iwata, may you always be remembered for the great things you did.
Its really sad when great people goes away sooner than they should be.He was a great man, and responsible for many great memories that I had for the past 10 to 15 years.Hope he is at peace now.
My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

It's one of those moments, similar to Michael Jackson and Prince, where I'll never forget exactly where I was and what I was feeling when I first heard the news.
Hard to believe it's already been one year.
Nintendo is just not the same without him...
R.I.P. Legend. :(

A really sad day today. I miss him a lot. He was such a joyful and calming presence. I always looked forward to his Directs. He meant so much to Nintendo and to us fans. Rest in peace, Iwata-sama. You are missed.
