I think it's fine. He just disagrees with my opinion.
I'm serious. I believe that the mod team should represent various perspectives and have different personalities. If they are too similar to each other in perspective and in personality, things will likely be overlooked or not given voice to. For example, if all of the mods are console gamers, they wouldn't see why certain opinions or terms might be considered flaming or bait to pc gamers. It's difficult to predict how a person might act as a mod but then again being a mod is not a life long position, they can be let go just as quickly as they are brought into that position.
To be perfectly honest, several of them I've clashed with on more than one occasion and i don't really get along with a few of 'em on certain topics. I think the users I listed would be a decent fit as a member of the mod team though.

This whole post was great and you gave vary good reasons for your choices and i have to say i agree with many of them.
But the bolded stud out to me, and is something i have also been saying for ages.
And for this reason alone ill be voting for you when the next mod rounds come around if your in it.

Thanks for the gesture. As Ganoncrotch mentioned, the mods are the ones who choose their fellow mods. Besides, I'm sure that there's some users who wouldn't like the idea of me being a mod. Admittedly, I'm abrasive and I like to debate. Bound to rub some the wrong way.

Hmm? Did you read through the whole thread or just some? What would your list be?

Well, it's a fun concept for a thread that has no ties to gaming. For me, the unofficial bit got my attention in the title of the thread.
