As expected, but its still sad to see ZTD doing so bad in Japan.Its dissapointing to see such a great series being left unnapreciated like that.

And also as expected, lets hope that the west more than makes up for it and sells enough copies to make this game very lucrative for Spike Chunsoft.

Lol yep! The legs is amazing considering the market's current position. 

It's not the PS4's fault a handhelds sales are bad after 4/5 years.  this is mobile land where dedicated handhelds are much more popular then home consoles.  The ps4 beating the 3DS is great.  But it's not necessary for it to be considered a success or considered selling very well.  

24k in a summer week is superb.  An excellent baseline. And it's tracking ahead of the ps3.

Selling 20k+ in a summer week and having over 33% market share is fantastic for a home console.
3DS has got all the top tier games in Japan this generation (Pokemon, Monster Hunter, Youkai Watch).
PS4 hasn't got one top tier game yet in Japan and still manages to outsell the 3DS (and handhelds are way more popular than home consoles nowadays in Japan). That's an amazing thing that can't be knocked imo.

PS4 kicking ass at number 1 again! A very bright future in Japan especially since other home consoles have crashed and burned. The only platform where you can play Persona 5/ FF15/ FF7 remake/ KH3/ RE7 and DQ11 all on the same console.
