Sombra looks awesome! 

Apart from Sombra, who seems very cool. There's a lot of fun stuff coming up for Overwatch: new gamemodes, new map, new Quick Play without hero stacking!

Sombra has arrived along with a ton of other features, the weekly brawl is gone and has been replaced by the arcade which features a bunch of weird ways to pit players against each other.

Sombra sadly has been added to ranked play... which means that people are picking and fighting to pick her in ranked even though they have zero clue how to use her for the most part though.

Also now on a personal note - Mercy the Witch has received her voice update at last for the Halloween outfit, so now she has flavoured voice lines for her ability's, Buffing people will have her "cast a spell on you" and resurrecting players now also has a unique voice line when Mercy is friendly to you, enemy players will still hear the "Helden sterben nie" Line from her so as not to cause confusion as to what ultimate ability is being used.

Get downloading the patch and feel free to add me on EU Battle.Net Stormie#2115 if you want a few games in the evening time with a Pocket Mercy around the 2k comp rank. You can even get to hear my filthy Irish accent being overly cheerful while getting shot to death in a video game and put a voice to the 3000  What the actual fuck, 7000 posts on here :p

Haven't had a chance to try Sombra yet unfortunately, but she does seem pretty cool from what I played in training.

I also don't see the appeal in this 1v1 mode

Roadhog V Roadhog is just based on who gets the hook to connect once, Torb is terrible if the person you are up against just refuses to move, since there is no time limit they'll just stay at the back forever in a room behind their turret, I don't understand why Mercy and Lucio are not a part of it if someone like Torb is, makes zero sense.

They should add some form of penalty if the players don't move towards the middle room, just have it so that as the time goes on in the stage if you are out from the middle point it starts to hurt you more and more til you die or move in.

I know about that, it's just that I'd have to start from scratch, although the prospect of better stats could be an incentive.

You don't, if I hop over to US I'm the same level/competitive rank have all unlocks, literally the only cost you would have is about 20ms added to your latency and of course the fact that you would be playing with awful EU players like myself :D

Can see me on both sides of the ocean, just hasn't changed my stats since I last played on US side, but if I was to jump in there again they would line back up with my EU stats instantly.

105 hours of Mercy now.... damn she is fun to play, it's another reason I'm not a fan of the random hero game, not only is Mercy not a part of it... but I have less than 1/10 the time I play on her, spent on all the other heroes combined, many of them I've yet to try out!
