Forums - Nintendo - To the Wii u owners who thought zelda was enough for E3...

Me?
I'm still finishing Lone Survivor (i think that's the name) and The Swapper for Wii U. Loving the Swapper!
Then, i still have Tropical Freeze and Galaxy 2 for Wii!

Bought an Xbox360 with some games aswell and all that will keep me busy until NX.

Around the Network

I have 13 consoles. Why do people think Wii u owners only have 1 system

Replay the Zelda games in anticipation fpr BotW. Oh, and finish Xenoblade and DQ games.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

I will play Tokyo Mirage Sessions and Pokémon.

Oh, and I'm very curious to see the Fire Emblem smartphone game!

Are we only allowed to play games that are announced by Nintendo at E3?

What's the logic behind this thread?

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

Around the Network

I am going to make a note of this now before I keep hearing more comments about it (it's getting really annoying).

Just because someone plans on spending a lot of time on gaming doesn't mean they don't have a LIFE. I've seen a few too many responses here with that claim. It's all perception. To some people, playing more games than just FIFA or Call of Duty makes you a no lifer (crazy huh).

All of us here are on a gaming website and we are all driven by our hobby of gaming. Telling someone that they have no life is like going to a rock concert and telling people to listen to pop (You are against the crowd and trying to push your personal opinion).

I really don't see this kind of response as additive to the conversation and view it more as a way to casually insult people.

Can I get a mod's opinion on this?

I hope many people aren't getting the notion that I am trying to downplay the wii u.

Personal opinions aside, the wii u still has upcoming games (like FExSMT and paper mario). However, this thread is focusing on what was shown at E3 (because E3 just happened of course).

Personally I am frustrated with the wii u E3 lineup (if we can call it a lineup), but that is not the same as saying that the wii u has no games.

Then you opened the thread wrong. You're getting the answers for the question you asked, not the answers you intended to hear. Try again.

I'm trying to clear people's perceptions, not change their answers.

I have my own opinions, they have their own opinions. The above comment was to clear up any confusion with my opinion (I.e. that I'm not trying to hate on Nintendo), not to change any one else's opinion.

The whole thread is a question for discussion. I want to see what people have to say, not what I want to hear

Lol what a bait thread.

Really informative comment. Great analysis of the topic that really adds to the conversation

What do you plan on doing for the rest of 2016?

Since no third party games were announced and zelda is coming in 2017, what is there left for 2016? At least ps4 players, xbox one players, and pc players have many third party games that will be padding out the year (along with some first party games like the last gaurdian). How can one game that won't come out this year be considered a successful E3 for Nintendo when nothing else was shown for the wii u for this year?

You do know we have our LIFE and how we own more than 1 Platform? Because I have:

- Fucking uni

- Fe fates which came out a month ago here in Australia and so far Ive only finished birthright and halfway of Conquest. I still have Revelations to do and the amount of replays im going to do.

- TMS#FE in a few weeks.

- Pokemon Sun and Moon

- My PC games like KAG and League of Legends

- I want to get back to splatoon

- I also want to finish Bayonetta and Pikmin 3.

This might not be anough for you, but for me this is A LOT!!!!

I'm at Uni too (well actually summer break), so I know the struggles of keeping up and not having too much free time. In your specific case, I can see those games as being enough.

Personally, I hate the fact that this E3 did not introduce any new wii u options to play from, but I know I won't be as affected since I will mainly be playing overwatch, hearthstone, pokemon, and the last gaurdian (maybe some other games here and there).

Nice to hear about your position, but I do want to see what others (in different circumstances) have to say

The responses here are amusing. I remember people on VGC saying PS4 has no games in 2013 and 2014 when it had quite many games, and that PS4 owners had nothing to play, when like many responses here, they probably had other gaming systems and a backlog.

Also having a life and having games to play have no relation to each other. You can play many games a year and have a great life. You can also have no games to play and have no life. If you're on a gaming forum games are probably a big part of your life. This is true for everyone, VGC and beyond, who uses this petty insult in any argument.
