Dont think theres any need to be rude, if that is directed at me and not Phil Spencer.

There's no way that's directed at you. You even said Spencer mention 4, but Sony has released 3, and have 3 more on deck (by name, and there's a bunch more), plus VR.

Unless the guy simply misread your comment. Or lacks reading comprehension =/. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say he directed it at Spencer.

Yeah I dont think so either, but it was difficult to tell, so I thought I would clarify...lol :D

Making an indie game : Dead of Day!

Around the Network

People will move goalposts to suit their message, same old, same old.

It's like if you go onto the xbox one subreddit, they are genuinely saying that the Sony conference was all style over substance, and talked about how much they loved the fact that xbox had more suits on stage.

Some people need to bury their heads in the sand because reality doesn't suit them

Edit: One other thing I haven't seen mentioned (it may have been I only skimmed)

Sony show more gameplay for games a couple years away from completion than MS show for games releasing in a few months. I wonder how confident they are in Recore when they won't have a proper gameplay segment at their main show.

Of course.

Side note: considering the miriad of delays this gen, I'm surprisex anyone puts any stock in release dates.

Wut? I was in the /r/XboxOne sub in the megathread during E3, and they all called the MS conference a cringefest. Sea of Thieves and Minecraft presentations, everyone said were awful. Scalebound looked boring, or at least underwelming. Gears looked generic. FFXV was "wtf, is this game just about getting hit with a giant arm?". The consensus was that the only good thing during the conference was Horizon 3, customizable controllers, and Play Anywhere.

Which is exactly how I felt.

Do you want a 2h conference?

I don't think Recore got that much less atention than Halo Wars 2, for exemple. There are many extend gameplay for Recore on many sites.

God forbiden having people on the stage playing social games!!

Microsoft visiou for their presentation is diferent from Sony, and both are diferente from Nintendo.

For Microsoft is a more straight foward show: "Here is what we have and this is what you can do with your products".

I'm talking about a thread on there today about this same topic.

I'm sorry, but they were absolutely cringey. That woman being overly excited just walking around in Minecraft? Those guys losing their shit because *gasp* their character was climbing a ladder onto the ship? Ridiculous.

I'm sorry a large community dedicated to XBOne had an opinion you don't like. But, you can't blame on "trolls" or GAF, or it being a mixed community like VGC. /r/XboxOne is a dedicated XBOne subreddit and the 4500 members that were active that day said the MS conference was rubbish. And they didn't rationalize it with "god forbid people on stage playing social games". They recognized the cringe and called it what it was.

That's not to say that the opinions there are end all, be all. Just that the opinion that MS had a good show is a minority opinion, even amongst Xbox fans.

Xbox boss doesn’t believe Sony is “doing a better job” shipping more exclusives

“When I think about Gears, Forza Horizon, ReCore, Dead Rising 4 – all of those games are launching this year and they’ve been announced, there are dates next to them.”

LOL Sony has already released MORE than 4 ACTUAL exclusives this year for the PS4 and thats not counting the ones that are PS4 - PC only exclusives, (like the ones you only have to offer phil...), and then at the end of this year they have more including The Last Guardian.

I would rather the execs verbally bash each other in public. The pretending to care about your competitions success and congratulations is nauseating.

In fact I think we need a mad max thunderdome cage match between Phil and whoever runs PlayStation (who does? Whoever it is must not use or know about Twitter as I only see Phil's tweets reported) enter, two men enter one man leave.

l <---- Do you mean this glitch Gribble?  If not, I'll keep looking.
