MS has a total of 8,528,743 views, while Sony has 8,724,676. It's pretty even, but Sony's winning. Factor in ArchangelMadzz's remark about MS having more time with their videos, and it's pretty clear that Sony's the winner. I don't think the total count is very important though. I think individual videos matter more, but I'd say Sony has the upper hand even there.

Also, it's 29 videos against 20, meaning by default one will / should be able to have a larger number when combined as there are more videos to watch. 

GOW has passed 3 million views.

Microsoft's E3 was not streamed at the Youtube. Even so those numbers seems to low for both companies, I think that EA, and Bethesda, damaged the E3 (also damaged Sony and Microsoft's views).

And i thought that Take two said something like "We will show big things on the E3" before the E3 start and i don't saw them on the stage.

Has a good chance of getting more views than Uncharted 4 did last year. I can't be arsed to look up my hourly charts, but U4 had 4,595,807 views a week after the conference.

Well Sony has showed more content and games than Microsoft. Therefore, the views are distributed over more content as people have more choices and options to consider. If you look at the views counts, you can see that Xbox views dropped to 300K at around game number 9 while it took Sony until game number 16 to go down to 300k.
