Really the only thing I have to say about this. Something like a gender choice would have been stupid. Link is Link, Link is male. If they have to have a female playable character for whatever reason, either make a Zelda spin-off or make it so that Link has a sister, and you choose who's path to follow. Or something.

But anyway, yeah. Good.

Maybe this will stop others from taking things she says too seriously in the future.

Link is a male, period. No need to change an established identity. To those that want to cry over it, I present to you the same argument you gave me when I said I might pass if I had to play as a female Link.

If the gameplay is great (looks like it will be) why do you care? Just play the game!
