PS3 is doing well, I am just glad there is no more talk of it dying. I think this generation is the most interesting because we have three strong consoles that are not going anywhere

Let me prefice this by saying this is just my opinion so take it for what its worth.

I have almost written this post a couple of times now and decided not to just to give it more time.

I seriously thought when you got banned a while back that it wouldn't have any effect and you would be up to the same stuff again when the ban was over.

Well even though I never said as much publicly I have to admit I was wrong. Since your ban was lifted, your posts have fairly consistantly been thought out, inciteful, and reasoned well above the average poster on these forums. Now I don't agree with all of your positions(see my sig =P) but you've definitely gone from someone I considered a throwaway poster to someone that I'll actually stop to read when you post because I know it has a decent chance of being something interesting.

Things are really falling into place for the ps3. This is shocking... I thought it would sell at ~GBA levels for the rest of this generation. I was really wrong.

They said they shipped 5.5 millionand were going to sell 11 million more by march, putting them at 16.5 million total shipped by March 31st, 2008.

As you can tell, they're not even in the ballpark.

I thought it was 14.75 million by the end of March :S Either way, they still failed for their goal.
