Will be getting it for sure if it does release on pc.

Gears of War 4 PC release is all but confirmed. Aaron Greenberg even referred to it as a console exclusive.

OT: In one way I'm glad that I'll be able to play this on my PC but on the other a PC version will give me even less incentive to ever buy an XB1.

I loved my 360 but as I hardly have time for my current gen consoles PS4, Wii U, Vita, 3DS (and PC) I cannot justify buying an XB1 when they keep releasing the "exclusives" on platforms I already own.

As I've said before, had Dead Rising 3, PvZ Garden Warfare, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Quantum Break all stayed exclusive I'd most definitely own an XB1 already.

I feel sorry for those who shelled out $350 on an Xbox when they have a pc, not for those with a PC that saved their money because they have to buy a game that will be $10 a few months after release as well as look and perform better...

I feel sorry for anyone that isn't averse to PC gaming that bought an Xbox expecting it to have exclusives.

My point was he said he felt sorry cause PC gamers have to pay for the game when it was free with Xbox live. When to get that you'd have to spend money on Xbox and a subscription so why feel sorry for pc gamers who didn't waste their money on an Xbox? Seems like flawed logic to me, for the vast majority of pc gamers not getting an Xbox was a very good move in hindsight.

Also pc games depreciate in value at a much faster rate than console games due to insane steam sales, key sites etc. Though this may not be the case with Windows store exclusives.

If it comes to Steam, then cool, it'll likely be a title I pick up on sale and then get around to eventually. It was never one that particularly grabbed me, but I can't think of an Insomniac game that I haven't enjoyed.
