It's true what they say. People will defend anything on the internet, no matter how ridiculous it is.

''A review is not about what you think a game is , its about what a game is. Objective measures are applied''

Yeah I very much disagree with this statement because there are very little objective measurements to be made about games besides technical issues such as framerates.

The review may be a joke, and if it is actual satire intended to be it doesn't belong. But Metacritic should never censor diverging opinions if these are actual opinions. The obsession with metacritic is a bit silly anyway.

There is a distinct diffrence between voicing your dissatisfaction with something and actively trying to shut something down. This petition falls into the latter category, no two ways around it.

And yes, of course it's everyones right to spend their free time however idotic as they choose, as you so politely pointed out to me. That, however also means that I have every right to shake my head at the way other people choose to spend theirs, just as much as you do. We can play that game til eternity.

Also, if you really wanted to get pedantic with me, I of course was never actually talking about taking the time to sign this petition. I was rather talking about the whole concept of rather regularily checking into the metacritic score of a game you allegedly love only to go and invest the emotional potential to get upset at something so incredibly tiny as the percentile of said score. Then investing the research time to find the 'guilty' culprit and writing up tihs petition. It strikes me as a fairly unneccissary emotional as well as time investment, when you could just go and play a game you think is great.

But you knew that. So don't try and get cheeky.

Bolded: I don't know why, but that is funny^^

Oh master of trolls, you have truly bested me. I hope you enjoy swimming in my sad little tears of regret over ever responding to your bait.

May you have a wonderful rest of day, enjoy the nice weather outside and live a full and prosper life of hilarity. ;*

I say we remove all of the 9s and 10s because I don't like the series. How dare people not share my opinion

You didn't get the point of this Thread; try to read some posts before, and then post yours.

The should leave the review, remove metacritic.

If meta can be stupid enough to make a score based on a slanted review and ignore a score that was actually given by the same publication then the problem isnt the crazy attention grabbing reviewer. Its metacritic.
