Quick observation: the game is outstanding but why is it that, time and again, Sam climbs something and then Nate has to find another way up? Both characters have these grappling hook/rope thingies hanging from their hips at all times!
Beyond incredible??? Doom's graphics are beyond incredible, uncharted 4's graphics are great

Eh, I'm playing DOOM as maxed as it can be and its definitely several steps behind Uncharted 4 (assuming you're saying what I think you are). |
Is it because DOOM doesn't employ the exact same engine or what ND pout into their game?. Does this mean any game in the history of ever is going to always be a step behind UC4 ebcause they didn't put in say rock sliding physics or fingers that twitch when you're gripping onto a ledge?. What exactly makes it many steps behind in the objective sense?.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

Doom is 60fps and looks great on PS4, I haven't played Uncharted 4 but Doom looks great.
| CGI-Quality said: Well, I didn't say many steps, but several. Character models, texture mapping, and the lighting engine are more advanced, for example, where as DOOM beats Uncharted in AF.
That said, I'm not sure how you concluded that Uncharted would be "untoppable", as I said nothing that would indicate it would always be on top. |
Only AF?, that seems very basic and mundane to be a pro.
No you didn't say it would always be on top but others indicate it will be like a Crysis type wave where it's held up for years against everything else just like Crysis was despite the fact the frist Crysis was multiplat and worked on at elast 3 different systems but I digress. What I'm wodnering is what does one have to do to top someone else, do they have to go through the same exact process of making a game or do they have to employ something of their own that is unique and thus non comparable in order to top someone or even copy what someone else had done but done better.

Looks even better maxed on PC I just wouldn't, quite, put it on UC4's level, unlike Quantum Break. |
Not by much and the "nightmare" settings are a bit of a joke tbh.

Was hoping someone would gif this clip. Lovely. |
That's incredible. I absolutely love Naughty Dog's attention for detail. I am looking forward to playing this game and just spending hours finding the 'little stuff' to mess around in :)
