If ANY of the rumors are true - No it doesn't.

If it streams to a smart device -- we are copying Sony Remote Play (which i guess the WiiU already did).

If it adds on to a smart device -- we won't have the necessary hardware to actually run modern games.

If it adds on and accelerates a smart device -- its going to have masssssssiiiivvvvvveeeee compatibility issues.

makes no sense whatsoever. The reason they mentioned NX at the same time that they announced their mobile plans was so people wouldnt think they were going full mobile.
