Yeah, I feel a Scorpio reveal at E3 is unlikely as well. They'll probably wait until after the slim launches to announce it.

There's no reason to make Perfect Dark third-person. I wouldn't mind a reboot, but just leave it first-person!

There's already ton of 1st person games fighting for gamers' dollar.

Third person shooting/stealth/survival are still under supplied. Additionally, if they make it a stealth game, third person is the way to go because situational awareness is better.

Not sure who this user is, idk if any of you know but he says Scorpio reveal is unlikely at E3, others seem to know him

IIrc he teased Bloodborne (Project Beast) before anyone else.

At times his teases are somewhat vague but I think he's legit. He's been teasing for years on gaf and in order to do that without being banned you have to be able to show proof to the mods.

I want Perfect Dark to be Rebooted. Pls MS, do it!

Perfect Dark has a lot of potential, for sure. But who would make it?

Hm, definitely not Rare. Lol. They'd probably have to outsource it to another dev if they were going to do it though.

You know who might be good? Monolith. That studio has plenty of experience with first-person shooters (F.E.A.R., Condemned) and third-person action games (Shadow of Mordor). But WB probably doesn't want Monolith developing for a single platform, and the studio's probably swamped with Shadow of Mordor 2.

Or 343i, The Coalition, Avalanche Studios, etc...

Well, Coalition is unproven - although I like what I saw in the Gears beta. I wouldn't trust 343 with the property, if I'm being honest. I feel like they've mismanaged Halo. Avalanche? Maybe, although Just Cause 3 was underwhelming.
