Well they did state a long time ago that the reason they weren't going to show anything of the NX until closer to launch was so their competition could not see what they were making and create their own version of it before Nintendo got to the market which was what they felt happened with the Wii-U and tablet gaming, surely they have seen that VR is not the gimmick to aim for when the PC/PS4 are already getting that on lockdown for the next few years and are going to milk any gamers dollars heading VR's direction.

NX reveal is either going to be a game changer as in ... everyone in awe of how amazing a concept they've come up with... or will be Wonderbook 2.0 bad, just a reveal of something like the Wii-U2 and with all the popularity of that band today.
