Let's face it - it's a tough world for YouTubers/bloggers trying specialize in Nintendo content. There isn't much to cover beyond that which Nintendo fans already know about. GameXplain (and they also cover some PS4 content) and maybe thebitblock are the only ones that really do well with it - everyone else is just in it for a hobby.

And considering how barren 2016 seems for Wii U, I could see a lot of maybe casual or some hardcore fans moving else where the games actually are. With how loaded PS4 is right now, it is probably the best choice for some.

Yeah, due to region lock. I really hope Nintendo buries region codes once and for all with NX.

I doubt you can top me.... my first console was the NES, then SNES and I did my switch to Sony with the original PS. Also had an N64..... that was the last time I had more than one home console. I've been sony ever since. I have nothing against Nintendo. But Zelda is not enough to make me buy a Nintendo console. And after playing Wipeout.... well let's just say that no other racing combat game holds anything for me anymore so there goes Mario Kart. 

Well I meant that I have still am Sony-Nintendo person, including handhelds.  Also I did the same, but I had all devices they made, minus virtual boy and pspgo. 

Makes sense. PS4 is a solid secondary console: good indie scene, lots of third-party support, and some good first-party content too.

The indie scene isn't bad, but you get a lot of hipsters who say they knew the band before you. I mean what kind person does that. The balls on that person. 

I might be in the same boat as you very, very soon. I'm not as proud to be a Nintendo fan as I once was. I feel like Nintendo is my own personal ball-and-chain now. This could all change with NX. Could.

One word: Disgusting.

Being a Nintendo fan is denigrating, I understand how  you feel but you need to have faith.
