The IGN 8.8 is not final just the review in progress number for now. It will be probably be higher. IGN is probably just looking for some early clicks on the lower score.

Doubt it with Lucy O'Brien reviewing. 

On one hand it's nice to see more variety in opinions, scores, and sources on Metacritic this gen. On the other it's annoying seeing more critics (and no-names) shitvoting for clicks, lowering aggregates unduly. This gen would have more games in that list under last gen's critical climate.

Pretty steady at 94, right now. Will probably end up back at 93 in the end. Two under for me, right on the money for the average estimate here.

the arithmetic mean of the 143 predictions in the OP is 92.9, so as a whole it's pretty accurate and usually metascores etc drop a little bit after early reviews, so I can see ~93 being right on the money in a few months

hm.. the first J&D was excellent, but I didn't like  2 and 3 all that much

After rise of the tomb raidr, Halo and QB people thought we were in for a very harshly scored gen where only souls games get praise, it'll be interesting to see what else gets this high.

Yes its the first top game on metacritic with 94! second is the out of park basebal that has 7 reviews and is 93 from Aprill 11 hahahha
If i understand correct the 8 is for "oh well is not perfect is still a game?"
overall the only negative is a few bugs?
Also i predict 69 no 92 but i take it :)

Its awesome to see how a console which is selling shit! Have 3 exclusives in there! Zelda U might join them soon! 

And imagine if Nintendo had hold of the 3rd party support and had some of the games there on their system!!!!!
