Mathematically,  thats not gonna be easy to pull off. The average of the next 40 scores would have to lower than 8.0 to pull the score down to 88 (spoilers:there is no score lower  than a 8). I'm afraid you have really poorly predicted this meta. IGN is an outlier and so is your prediction.

Tbh I don't see any game getting 96 and 97s like The Last of Us and Mario Galaxy again. If I had to predict then I'd say TLOU2, the next 3D Mario or Kojima game.

Reviews are harsher, more click baits, there's overall more reviewers, then there are people who seem to be tired of video games and need to look for something else in life (Giant bomb).

Just ignore him, he's obviously trolling.

Anyway, i think it will stay at 94. We will get more 10 &nd 9, but it will probably not change the total metascore.
