No the whole thread was about which time table you believed the NX would come out on.

If it was a bet I would agree to it. It was not so I won't agree to conditions of an imaginary bet. If the OP makes bets in the future he should make sure to word them better if he expects people to follow it. I'm fine with changing the avi if I was told it was a bet. Calling something a bet retroactively is not a way to go around making bets

Yes it does, it's clearly implied.

If your entire "bet" is built around an implication then it is less of a bet and more along the lines of bait or scam.

Well it looks much more like a suggestion than a commitment to me. So fair play to those that are taking it on the chin and having some fun with it. As for the others, too bad they don't want to join in but I don't think they were ever under any obligation to do so.

That's one way to take it.
