The Internet freaked out for nothing without having all the facts? Well, that's a first!

That's the way it should be.

See people? when the consumer ask for better the corporation listen.

The moral of the story is that you cant accept everything from a company just because you are a fan. You should ALWAYS ask for better and protect your wallet.

I saw several people HERE in VG defending that move (im not going to hunt for posts so dont ask who), what will they say now?

Im always happy when these things happen.

What's locked behind amiibo in Planet Robobot? :(

The you eff oh ability.

Plus we know Zelda U will be using amiibo, though if the content is exclusive we'll have to see, but Zelda has had a pretty bad track record so far.

So what evidence do you have that the content was Amiibo exclusive, since the Black Arwing mode was only discovered after Nintendo send out the review copies so the only way for them to change this after people complains would be with an update and as far as I know there isn't one, and the Retro Arwing was never confirmed to be Amiibo exclusive and as far as I remenber very few complained about that and the people that I saw defending the amiibo stuff they either defend the Retro Arwing because it was in the game because of the amiibo and without it the retro skin won't existe in the first place and the people that "defended" the Black Arwing were only giving Nintendo the benefit of the doubt and see if it was Amiibo exclusive or not.

So unless you know something that we don't,how did people complaining on the internet with nothing but their own conclusions change anything?

Or......Nintendo already had those features to be unlockable in the game already but didn't want to say to push Amiibo sales.

That's like an easy mode, isn't it? It would be cool if it's unlockable in game for beginners. But, well, you know, Nintendo handling Amiibos is always hit and miss... I think they should take example of SF:Zero. Early unlockables don't bother me a lot.

I was just thinking, about the title, we are assuming that Nintendo listened, when maybe the in-game unlock was there in the first place! XD.

Nintendo listens? How to you know that they changed things after people complained the Black Arwing was only discovered after the review copies were out so to change this they would need to update the game and as far as I know there isn't one, so the complaining online changed nothing.

No it's a normal copy ability like most of the others.

Yep Rol was the first to point that out, and even if they actually did listen, it would only prove they have selective hearing, although we know that already.
