Doubt it, no patent nor directly alludes to a design like this. All I saw from that picture post is "it has basic components we heard of before.... THIS MUST BE IT!!!" Even said it's purely based on speculation, nothing concrete.
Then again, unlike most NX hungry users here, I don't desperately grasp at the straws upon every conceivable opportunity.
That's as likely to be the NX's controller as that 3D fake.
