There's nothing dishonest about that comment. What he said was factually correct. It doesn't matter if it's available for less on another, more expensive, platform. It's still locked behind the N3DS and unplayable on the OG 3DS. That's a fact. There is no grey area there. It's black and white. The Wii U is not a 3DS. It's completely irrelevant to the conversation. Bringing up a completely unrelated console into the conversation to skew your point is what is dishonest. He didn't do that. You did.

Is completely dishonest, is pure demagogy, yeah is technically true that there is one exclusive game on the system, so you say "N3DS has exclusive games" and you play with prejudices and people emotions, but in the moment you analyze it for just one minute you realize that we talk about one single fucking game, that is not even a new game but a port of an old game you can also find in Wii and WiiU. The statement is made to make things sound worse than they are just to downgrade, wich is indeed dishonest, specially coming from someone that has been shitting about N3DS and now looks Ps4K with good eyes.

Tbh, they locked SNES games too. Not a big deal, but it adds to the value of the console. Though I'll be looking forward to know how Sony handle this, and I'm rescuing previous comments about the New3DS just in case they have to be used in an argument :P. Because I can't really understand why somebody who bashed New3DS is praising the new PS4K. It's exactly the same, and we don't have any idea on how they'll handle it. If it has a single game locked in the system, I'll laugh. Hard.

Also, it's not only one game that's exclusive. There are 6 N3DS exclusive games and 9 N3DS exclusive VC games that aren't available on the OG 3DS. Either do your research or stop being dishonest.

Lets wait until PS4K actually releases.For all we know, Sony may release a PS4K only game in the end.After all, everything still is a rumour(by this I mean its just not official).And if Hyrule Warriors-like cases appears, even if it dosent have exclusives, it will be just as bad.

Some little indie games (most of them unkown) developed by third parties (not Nintendo) and like 9 brand new SNES roms from 25 years ago. 

There is not a single new game released for the N3DS from Nintendo, or any kind of big release from any company, not a single one, there is only a wii port, yet you are gonna see tons of this disingenous people saying Ps4k is wonderfull and completely different from N3DS that is terrible because has exclusives games, are you ok with that? Because I dont, I think is just pathetic, but I guess thats all we can expect from gaming comunity today: demagogy and hypocrisy.

Rumors are pointing towards the former never happening and the ladder definitely happening. Even if it's not official, we know what to expect.

And just like the new 3ds, I would be a bit scared that some games will have performance issues and frame issues on my ps4.
