Forums - Nintendo - I don't want Super Laggy Bros for Wii U to come to Codename NX

>2016
>Still complaining about Little Mac

heh...

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Wii U has strong games that many people didn't play because... few people bought a Wii U. So having a few of those ports ready for the NX launch atleast means NX will have good games at launch.

Hence, more notable games to play isn't a bad thing even if they are ports.

Almost everyone I've talked to off the internet has stated that they want Nintendo to port all of the best titles from the Wii U to the NX. A lot of eyes are on the NX and a lot of these people have never owned a Wii U. They very much would like to play the games they missed out on and I can't blame then. Unlike the PS4 and the Xbox One, Nintendo would be selling these "ports" as brand new games to a huge potential market base. It wouldn't feel like Nintendo is "recycling" games like Sony and Microsoft is doing.

Nintendo has an excuse to do this, and a desirable one at that.

And there's literally only been one Microsoft remaster from 360...

They can make them available through the VC. Thats enough.

BC with Wii U game discs would add to the price of the NX.  Although I do think that the NX should support the Wii U gamepad and other previous controllers.

That's a viable option for some games ASSUMING it has BC and they work fine with the NX controller.

A game like Splatoon would have to be a port though because that game was designed for the Wii U tablet.

You haven't really thought this through.

They can port some games, but they should leave most of them on a Wii U. Otherwise Wii U owners will be left with a worthless console.

I hope you live in South America.

And this might shock you, but you can just... not buy it.

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

I've never had any substantial lag while playing SSBU.I thought Super Laggy Bros was a pretty funny name, though.
