Eeeh... i have trouble considering hunting games RPG's. So, God eater and toukiden really shouldn't be in the list. They are grinding games with a bit of story on the side.
But otherwise, yes.

Fact #1: Almost every multi-platform JRPG that came out on both the Xbox 360 and PS3 was better on the PS3 in some form or fashion (For example: Star Ocean 4, Enchanted Arms, Eternal Sonata, Final Fantasy XIII, etc...)
Fact #2: The PS3 had more JRPGs exclusives that the Xbox 360 (For example: Tales of Grace f, Fairy Fencer F, Tokyo Twightlight Hunters, Tales of Xillia, Tales of Xillia 2, Tales of Symphonia Chronicles, Atelier Rorona, AtelierTotori, Atelier Ayesha, Atelier Meruru, Disgaea 4, Disgaea 3, Ar Tonelico Qoga, Legend of Heroes, Ar Nosurge: Ode to an Unborn Star, Cross Edge, Hyperdimension Neptunia, Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2, Hyperdimension Neptunia V, Trinity Universe, Valkyria Chronicles, Demon's Souls, Ni No Kuni, etc...

Want the best JRPG collection buy a Gaming PC, not only does it offer the latest but you can also play the oldest. Seems like all FF games are coming out too. I almost own the entire collection just on Steam.

You also forgot the following:
In addition, you're comparing the amount of JRPGs one console has gotten in 8 years vs the amount the other will have gotten 4 years into its lifecycle. If you want an apples to apples situation, then compare the amount of JRPGs the PS3 and PS4 gotten in their first 3 years.
I don't know if perfect but definitely better than the PS3. Now let's see if it can get to PS1/PS2 levels.
I'm looking forward the most to Final Fantasy XV, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Persona 5, Ni No Kuni 2, Dragon Quest XI, Kingdom Hearts III and World of Final Fantasy. Nier 2 and Ys 8 also look interesting but I need to do more research on them because I never played their predecessors.
Btw I already have Digimon Story Cyber Slut but still haven't played it.
If this was 2005, i would be all over it. Recently, I've made the switch to western RPGs, there's just such a great variety in WRPGs that JRPGs have become stale. Games like Wasteland 2, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Fallout, Divinity Original Sin have been some of my favorite gaming experiences of the past 5 years or so, while I don't even actively search and purchase JRPGs.
That being said, I am looking forward to the Final Fantasy games, kingdom hearts III, Star Ocean, and Persona 5. This is a pretty varied ( at least in names?) so i'm sure there is something for every kind of RPG gamer.

My point is:
In the end of generation PS4 = PS3
