Im always listening to podcasts while gaming provided its not a story heavy game (Rocket League, The Division etc.)
Also browse this site while waiting for online matches and whatnot.

Pins and Needles for me used to go hand in hand with Tetris online, the DS version, there was times I thought my legs would not actually recover from that numb feeling and once I went to walk too early and almost broke a toe under my foot.

OT tho, WoW with Anything at the PC and Play the majority of my Vita Games on the couch while watching Trailer Park Boys or random stuff on netflix or Kodi. Unless the game is something I need to focus on or the show is I'll happily do this... also played a fair bit of Drive Club doing this, watching netflix from my PC at the TV screen streaming the PS4 onto the Vita to play Driveclub.

Watch TV while playing ps4 via remoteplay. Hell I usually play vita games and watch TV also. If it's a game I need to pay attention too, I just pause the tv.

I can sometimes play Smash 3DS while staring at YouTube vids and not the actual 3DS.

Playing FOUR games windowed mode while watching horror movies.

Did this too whenever I need a quick scan to search for a certain quest/item or to finish a certain trophy while playing on my PS3.

Yeah. Whenever my friends visit while I'm playing a Tales game then the story sequence goes on I just can't pause it and for some reason wanted to speak with my friends while watching the story goes on lol.

Grinding is indeed the best time to do multi-tasking so as not to get bored while grinding too much. 

Yeah. Being able to save and load on the emulator helps you do other things or leave it be without the need of pausing the game.

Omg! You must have a very high-spec PC to be able to do that. I tried starting two games on PC and I can't even much alt tab anymore. lol

What were you doing at Smash 3DS while staring at YouTube? I have only ever done watching a video without looking at the game I'm playing when I was free pvp killing with a friend to boost our pvp experience by killing each other freely alternately. :D

I've been recently auto-playing now on Game of Dice for the last week because of its recent events wherein you need to play a few matches daily. So as I play Game of Dice, I can watch one anime episode per 1-2 matches. lol

I can play turn based ones while doing other things, if neither the game nor the other things are too demanding, or I can play not demanding parts of real time games, for example simple tasks in safe areas in RPGs.
I can play casual games on the tablet in the bathroom.
