Pins and Needles for me used to go hand in hand with Tetris online, the DS version, there was times I thought my legs would not actually recover from that numb feeling and once I went to walk too early and almost broke a toe under my foot.

OT tho, WoW with Anything at the PC and Play the majority of my Vita Games on the couch while watching Trailer Park Boys or random stuff on netflix or Kodi. Unless the game is something I need to focus on or the show is I'll happily do this... also played a fair bit of Drive Club doing this, watching netflix from my PC at the TV screen streaming the PS4 onto the Vita to play Driveclub.
