I think a better option is having the ability to trade/give games with other users as long as the game has been out for a year or longer. Then a traded copy cant be given/traded again for like 6 months to prevent exploiting that system.

That would add great value to digital ownership.

yeah, 10% buy back isn't really worth is.  a trade/gift system would be far more valueable to me.

..but what i'd really like is a return policy.  i like steams policy of letting you return a game if you do it in the first whatever days and have only played whatever hours.

No, I wouldn't do it. But as long as it's optional, I don't see a problem.

95% of my games are digital, just because i cant buy physical games where i live.

But i cant see any benefit from buying digital, the only one that i could think of is the fact that you can preload your games before release so you can play them the exact moment that they are released.

Digital games are overpriced, cant be traded, cant loan it to your friends, when the server goes down you pretty much are fucked, i mean the list goes on and on...

They aren't overpriced. They are priced at the same price as a new game. The difference is that they don't go on sale right away, instead going on sale during specific events. Also, this would be useful for people who regret buying a digital game and can obtain a new one by using MS points...

Having the option to sell back digital games would be nice, but at 10%? I wouldn't do it. That's not really any better than GS, which is pocket change. I'd consider it at a higher percentage.

10% is too low. But there are plenty of digital titles I would sell.

Digital should be lower than the retail prices, but I still prefer digital so I don't have to worry about discs/cluttered spaces full of game cases.

MicroSony has a long way to go in terms of making their online stores fairer in terms of digital prices.

Hilarious how people can actually see this OPTION as a bad thing. Nothing is better than something apparently... unless of course a different company had thought of it first.

Because we have eyes. In and of itself, "better than nothing" seems like a good thing but when you compare this 10% nonsense to how the reselling of physical copies works though, it's actually a slap to the face. When you trade in or resell a physical copy, you can get about 33% to 60% in credit for what they would resell it for. In other words, if for example I traded in The division or that new far cry game, I'll get about 25 to 40 dollars in credit for trading either in. If I bought a digital version of either on a xbox one or ps4 and I wanted to resell it back to MS/sony using this system of trade in, I would only get $6 back for it. You don't see what's wrong with that?

I agree with the bolded. If they let us (the individual seller) set the price in a market designed for reselling digital games, it would probably work as far the reselling of digital games goes.
