Haha, those are pretty funny. Is this also a manga?

I haven't picked up anything new lately. I'm still trying to clear up the last bit of manga on my list, and they are pretty big...

Sanjin Sadou.  It's about a guy who purifies youkai for a living.  A young woman witnesses him using that paper magic stuff one day and begs to be his apprentice.  Youkai are drawn to her, leaving her life in ruins.  He refuses but she ends up saving his bacon so he has to give in.  It's not until afterwards that she learns he's lazy, poor, and weak.  He also has his own enemies from a complicated past.

Only 21 chapters but it's pretty fun so far.  I'm on chapter 10.

Anyone reading Kengan Ashura?

A friend got me into it and thus far it has been pure over-the-top excellence. The basic plot is that Japanese businesses settle dispute behind the scenes with a one-on-one fistfight using their chosen champions. It's one of those fighting manga that know how ridiculous a lot of the genre tropes are and yet dives in full force for hilarious results.

I have not heard of Kengan Ashura, sadly, but now that you mention it, I see it iis getting some updates. I can give it a look later on. Also, Saijin Sado looks pretty fun as well. I want to check that one too. xD

Yep I have read every chapter.....it kind of reminds me of Baki teh grappler for some reason. But I definitely enjoy it.

The absence of evidence is NOT the evidence of absence...

One Piece 850

Not at all shock that Pudding is a villain. Though I am curious to see if Sanji is actually willing to hurt since we all know his rule about not hurting women but he might make a speical case for Pudding.

My Hero Academia 120

Fantastic fight and great development for Bakugou. Every time I think he is just going to be Sasuke 2.0 something happens to subvert my expectations.

Manga Thoughts

One Piece: HOLY SHIT

Okay...I suppose this all makes sense looking back, but I honestly didn't expect Oda to pull this one. Turning the adorbs girl into one of the arc's main villains was a great twist, and fits well looking back on the previous dialogue. It seems like the dynamic for this arc is finally settling in. The Big Mom Pirates are the ones who really hold the cards here, Germa will either be secondary villians or anti-heroes.

Still...poor Sanji has to suffer forever. His last ray of hope...

My Hero Academia: NO WHY DIDN'T YOU FOOLS VOTE FOR OCHAKO MORE

Excellent conclusion to the fight. It would be cool to see Deku win, but I suppose it's still too early for that. This isn't one of those manga where the MC wins all the time, and occasionally gets a loss that gets extremely exaggerated. Hint Hint.

All Might's words were fitting, and showed how Deku and Bakugou are basically two opposing side of the same coin. I can appreciate that in a friendship way...not that weird Yuri on Ice way.

Shokugeki no Souma: Moar Saiba

Saiba's even more perfect that his son is...but at least in this case it's part of his story, and we're not supposed to be fooled into thinking he's an underdog. Was interesting to see how being dismissed as a genius caused him to shift so much. I imagine he'll become more grounded when he meets Souma's mom...which will tie into his advice back in chapter 1. Maybe he'll meet her at BLUE?

Also cool to see the origin of the Asura name.

Fairy Tail: Not a half-dragon after all...

Kinda rushed...didn't even get a chance to get to know this guy before he started persecuting Erza's mom. She was already getting scales when he banged her...what the heck difference does it make now?

Yada yada...time for Erza to win easily. I'm guessing the enchantment Eileen created actually did something to Erza to make her strong. Or something.

I read up on the latest Boku no Hero chap as well, and I was kinda surprised Ochako scored a bit on the lower side. I wish Tsuyu scored higher, but I'm glad she was in the top 10 and was shown off in a cute outfit xD.

Pretty good chapter too. The fighting between Deku and Bakugou was pretty intense, along with some cool artwork. Also, I just like seeing these two guys interact. Deku's come a long way since the beginning.

I knew it! I never trusted her, she always seemed too nice for me, but it does hurt that she was revealed evil just when Sanji committed to their marriage. This certainly was a great year for Sanji fans but not for the character himself :P. I'm also curious to see how this will affect Sanji, maybe this will change his perception on girls and end the pervert side of his character. Also I hope Reiju is the one who kicks Pudding's ass.
