That image has some kind of UE4 demo running on that controller, I know it looks fake but keep in mind that DQXI runs on that engine and Horii let slip a possible NX version, the design on that thing matches the patent. I think if real it could be a prototype and the final design will be different as the patents had a gamepad like controller for the platform.
