Lower net sales compared to previous FY is understable, but I guess it impacts too much on the other areas.

It is by and large. There are still developing countries/extremely low budget gamers who'd buy the odd game or two though, 4 million software titles sold to an install base of 100 million isn't exactly stunning news.
