Also, why is Smash Bros on there? I believe it's on the 3DS.

Exclusive sell consoles only when exclusives is the main differentiator between the two consoles. PS4 and X1 are pretty similar, have pretty much all the same third party games, and are similar prices. Obviously in this case, exclusives make a much bigger difference.

Microsoft and Sony do not produce nearly as many in-house games, they rely on third parties. although Sony does have an unusally large amount of 1st party games coming out soon

Sony and MS don't produce the kind of games that you can just churn out once a year.

Neither does Nintendo, hence why they have almost no annual franchises

I keep seeing you say something around these lines and its frankly untrue. The game you dropped after 3-4 hours is far from niche. Why don't you name more than several of these niche games in the "Nintendo genre" rather than make innacurate blanket statments?

Totally agree, but if we look sales of PS4/X1 we will see that today people on first place buying those platforms for 3rd party games, while people still buying Nintendo platforms for Nintendo games on first place, but of course Nintendo platforms also need 3rd party games.

from a wii u only owner's perspective, 90% of the multiplats on ps4/x1/pc might as well count as exclusives since they aren't on their console.

so maybe include the fifas and call of duties of this world in the mix and then you get a realistic list
