Really bud? Lionhead failed to deliver a game that was in development for over 5 years. The game was going to use the free to play model and it's clear that this game was going to bomb. Probably a totally flawed product in the end. Lionhead has driven the fable brand to the ground.

Being a first party studio, I wouldn't be surprised if LH were asked by MS to create the Kinect Fable and the anniversary edition. Can't blame LH if the games were commissioned / ordered by MS.

Not necessarily. In a lot of places, the people who lose their jobs are the last to know. Where I work, people have found out about a wave of job losses in the news the night before, and when they get in the next day, that's when they find out that they are one of them, and are escorted off the premises.

For all the people who are surprised, I for one am not. That said, I feel terrible when I see people losing their jobs and especially when they really love what they do and put their hearts into it.

Wow, sad news indeed. First Fable games were very good and I know they have lost their way recently, but this is a shame... some people were really anticipating Fable Legends. Hopefully the developers find new jobs quickly tho. :c
