Are moderator better people?

Do they decide what worth discussing and whats not? is their personal opinion = the general opinion?

Is the community here not allowed to decide themself which topics they want to discuss?

A moderator should supervise conversations, stop bad language and insults.

But he shouldnt decide what its worth discussing and whats not. 

If the people are not interested in a topic, they wont reply. Simple as it is.

Some moderators here just lock topics if they dont like it or their interpretation of some sentences make it look not worth to be discusses for them.

Sorry, but this forum getting worse and worse.

In my opinion a moderater shouldn touch a topic thats not blind hate/flame etc at all. None of those topic were.

If they dont get the sense of the topic thats not a reason to lock it. 

If nobody gets the sense of the topic nobody would reply and it would dissapear soon enough.

If the OP bump his thread again and again even if nobody is interested, then its ok to lock the thread. But locking an running conversations is stupid IMO.

Your thread was bad and you flagrantly tried to get a rise out of people. I was going to say that in the thread but the mod did the right thing and locked your thread before I could. You're just making this thread as a reaction to that.

If they feel like a thread is a detriment to the forum then sure

if thats your opinion feel free to ignore my topic, dont get your problem. Many people were interested in the topic and replyed.

I'm not going to ignore a thread that misrepresents facts or slanders someone or a group without information. This includes, but not limited to, Nintendo fans, which you did then, and this includes mods which you are doing now.

If you're going to make a topic and I criticize it for those previous reasons, you don't have to like it, you don't have reply to it, but you're going to have to deal with it.

Edit: I see what you mean by the examples you posted and I can see why you would be upset. Honestly haven't seen anything like that. Still though they don't seem to be very constructive threads for a good discussion so I can see why the mods wanted to lock them.

3rd one is a maybe, but the first 2 seem like click/troll-bait. You had it coming.
