I think with the currently lackluster launch schedule, there's bound to a slew of announcements this year!
KH 3, next Metroid, Starfox and perhaps a new Zelda may be among them as well as Wii Play and Wii Sports 2!
I also have the feeling we'll be show a new Mario RPG this year, possibly at E3.

I would hate playing Kingdom Hearts while waving my arm around... too many shadows at times in that game. Do another 1000 heartless battle and watch as your arm falls off. Multiplatform? I could live with that, but Wii controls only? It may end up as something I can't finish. I couldn't even finish Zelda while playing that way.

Anyways, I would absolutely love a new Mario RPG and I am talking "Legend of the Seven Stars" type of RPG. :)

I think KH controls would be amazing if they used a scheme similar to NMH. The buttons could be used for normal attacks with remote gestures used for powerful/finishing moves.

The game that Regie will announce at E3 will be huge.

 pac man vs 2!

haha, anyway.

um, the only great (i think) games that will for sure be released in 08 are:

boom blox - rock band - and that's it.

there are a ton that people think have a decent to great chance of coming out (including):

pikmin 3, animal crossing, kid ikarus

games that most likely won't make an 08 release:

Donkey Kong Wii, New Metroid Wii, Kirby Wii, star fox wii

and of course, games that most likely won't be released ever and if they are released probably wont be good:

Mega hits that will sell over a million (non released NA)world wide are:
WiiFit=duh
Tales 2
Kart
MH3

Those comfirmed titles that should be out this year that will sell over 1M.

"Like you know"

The big three for the first half are:

Wii Fit, Brawl, and Mario Kart

Second Half will have probably three of the following eight:

Wii Music, Wii Sports 2, Pikmin 3, Animal Crossing, Kid Icarus, Donkey Kong, Disaster, Star Fox

I'd guess  Pikmin 3, Kid Icrarus and Animal Crossing, but who knows.

Third Parties:

Rockband, Guitar Hero(s), Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles and Tales of Symphonia are the big announced games.  Some smaller announced games could break through, like De Blob, Face Breakers, Okami, or some of the games from studios more adept at producing quirky hits like Majesco.
