yeh well honestly playing as right handed link in tp and skward sword always felt and looked weird..strangley left handed link was the main reason i wanted this remaster but they done fucked it up..(unless they patch it so i can do the ganon amiibo mode without the amiibo)
Just finished Snowpeak Ruins, and I have to say, I enjoyed this game a lot before, but playing it again on the Wii U I like it even more. Very happy I decided to buy it.
The button on the gamepad that let's you change into Wolf Link immediately is super helpful and a great addition.
^^
Snowpeak Ruins already lol you ain't messing around!
Only just entered the Forest Temple myself.

Yeah... I always go no life when I play Zelda games, just too good to ignore. Plus my weekend was open.

| Baddman said: ok I have 1 question I was thinking about getting this tomorrow but did they fix that stupid crap where it shoes the animation that happens everytime you open a box of rupees whenever you turn the game off and on? |
Those are gone, thank fuck. Personally I can't fathom why they were ever tehre to begin with... XD

Playing through the Wii version now, just reached the Goron Mines.
It's amazing in so many ways, but there are still two things that annoy me:
- The "draw your sword" command should not exist. Too many times I have tried to hit an enemy only for Link to simply draw his swod and stand there gormlessly.
- Having to stand still to do the "use" command is tedious. Too many times I have tried to pick up a bomb only to roll into the wall behind it because I wasn't totally stationary, and do that annoying "banged my head" animation. Whether it's that or coming to a complete halt just to pick the bomb up, it's not something I want to have to waste my time with when there's literally a ticking bomb on. Ditto for rolling into a vine-covered wall that I am trying to climb. In fact, you know what, just get rid of that shitty roll command, it serves no useful purpose.

Wii version? Or HD version? Anyways I love the roll command, wasn't impressed when they removed it f
In SS.
After playing now upto forest temple ( 3.51 hours,no time 😢) I can safely say I'm enjoying this version so much more. I sacked off TP on Wii for having horrible blurry graphics and really annoying motion controls. This HD version is soooooo much better I can't wait to play it more. Looks crisp, sharp and colourful on my 50 inch TV. Very impressed so far. Now give me SSHD without motion Control please ( on NX)

Wii version. And the least they could do is just get rid of anooying "banged my head" animation and just have to roll into a wall the same way you run into one, with no interruption, or map roll and use to different buttons. It's not a big problem, but it is a persistent annoyance in an other magnificent game.
